Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our representatives will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

Today, you will be taking full-day sightseeing tour in the Kathmandu Valley with the help our tour guides. Mainly, you will be visiting Pashupatinath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, and Bauddhanath all of which are World Heritage Sites.

Day 03: Sightseeing Tour: Patan, Khokana, Bungmati and Chapagaon

Today, we will start our tour of some cultural and natural spots after taking our breakfast. Firstly, we will go to Patan which is also nicknamed as The City of Fine Arts. You will be visiting many ancient places, shrines and temples which are noted for their exquisite carvings. Well, the Patan Durbar Square is also a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site. We will then visit the Khokana village which is one of the medieval developments. Then, we will visit Bungmati another village with beautiful temples. Finally, we will visit Capagaon which is a beautiful Newari village.
Day 04: Sightseeing Tour: Bhaktapur, Changunarayan and overnight Nagarkot

Today, after breakfast, we head toward Thimi. Well, Thimi is a medieval pottery village, which is rapidly changing into modern settlement these days. And the medieval town of Bhaktapur preserves medieval arts, architecture, culture, and lifestyle to this date. Changu Narayan, the oldest temple in the Kathmandu valley, boasts of being the oldest pagoda of Nepal.  Then we head toward Nagarkot lying 32 kilometers east of Kathmandu at an altitude of 2,175m (7,136ft) above sea level. And we will stay overnight at Nagarkot to enjoy the magnificent sunrise and sunset views over the major peaks of eastern Nepal Himalayas including Mt  Everest.

Day 05: Sightseeing Dakshinkali, Chobhar, Pharping, and overnight Kirtipur

After taking our breakfast, we will head toward the southern part of Kathmandu today. Well, Dakshinkali is regarded as one of most important Hindu goddesses where pilgrims visit to offer their prayer and animal sacrifices to the goddess. And, Chobhar is known for the Chobhar gorge through which all the water of the valley drains and also for the vast network of natural mountain caves. Then, Pharping has several Buddhist & Hindu monuments, temples and monasteries.  Finally, Kirtipur which is on the top of a hill is one of medieval kingdoms inside the Kathmandu Valley. We stay at Kirtipur for the overnight.

Day 06: Sightseeing Budhanilkantha and Shivapuri

Well, today is the day for making our tour to the northern part of the Kathmandu Valley. And we will take our breakfast and drive to Budhanilkantha which is a colossal statue of Lord Vishnu reclining on the bed of snakes lies at the base of Shivapuri Hill. Further north from Budhanilkantha we will then enter into the Shivapuri National Park which is also a famous trekking region nearby Kathmandu and many city dwellers can be seen doing their trek especially on Saturday.

Day 07: Final Departure

Today will be the final day of our Kathmandu Valley Tour and we will accompany you to the airport where you will be catching your departure flight to home.
